Alright! We're definitely due for a Progress Report! So let's dive right in...

Haven's Port

This is going pretty solidly. The renders for the Fleet Admiral Ending are 100% done. That's seven scenes of varying lengths and complexity, several of which have some optional bits/alternatives to them in order to make them as friendly as possible to fit your playthrough. The variants mean there's a bit more heft to the content in the scenes than the number makes it seem. Mostly, those variants are stuff like choosing between a male or female crew members for fun times, or choosing to take a futa potion or skipping that particular scene instead. I tried to make it at least a little bit modular, without having to do massive alternative scene lists.

Beyond that, I've got the first render for the Ship Girl Ending going. Yes, I know, the Premium Rose Girl has the higher priority. But there's some asset carry over between the Fleet Admiral and Ship Girl endings. Essentially, I can reuse one or two of the locations, as well as one or two of the more complex renders, that I'd already set up for Fleet Admiral ending. That will make getting the Ship Girl scenes done a lot quicker and smoother, so it simply made sense to tackle them next. The fact that there is some asset cross-over (which will also be the case between the Premium Rose Girl and Brothel Manager endings), means I'm hoping to breeze through the bulk of the Ship Girl content relatively quickly.

This is particularly important as the schedule did slip by a day while working on the Fleet Admiral ending. A single day of slip isn't anything to be worried about, I plan for at least two days of schedule slip even when I'm trying to crunch a lot into a build like I am this month. That said, catching that day back up will give more leeway for things to go wrong farther down the line. So, I'm hoping to manage that.

Either way, I'd consider the progress so far to be solid.

Virtual Trap Part 4

This is going quite smoothly so far, I've got six renders already done and I'm planning to run at least one more before I crash. This one is going to be another fairly high render count, I'm estimating at least 20 renders, possibly as many as 23. But I'm on top of it, have already acquired the assets I need (I think, there's always a chance I missed something), and I'm not expecting to much trouble. That isn't any sort of guarantee that there won't be any, of course. But if there's any issues they will be of the 'unforeseen, impossibly to have planned for' variety. Like a new asset not working as advertised, a power outage, illness, or similar out-of-my-hands sort of situations.

Short Story - Alyia and the Magic Shop

Haven't even started, beyond the planning phase, sorry :-p. I've got too many balls in the air at the moment and my outline for this one was shaky at best. I'm hoping to start getting some words down for it later today.
