Poll Results + Progress Report (Patreon)

Alright! Quick progress report first...

As expect, I've pretty much felt awful for the last few days after the major oral surgery (explained in Sitrep for July if you missed what's going on) I had. As in, I've averaged like 12 hours of sleep a day, when I normally rarely get more than 5-6 as a chronic insomniac -_-. As a result, it shouldn't be much of a surprise that I haven't gotten anything beyond Talia's days done for Left Hand Magic. I finished her first day (technically Day 4) mostly before the surgery. And I've been running the last day of her content parodically when I've actually been coherent. As for how much farther I'll get this month...I expect to get at least the first two days of the poll winner done. No guarantees beyond that.

As you can see, this one was actually pretty darn close. The ultimate winner, however, was the Trix/Revina Threesome Route. This is part of why I'm unsure if I'll make it beyond the first two days of that route's content. The threesome routes are always more time consuming. Significantly so. And with the lost days from both surgery recovery and the slight overrun from last month? I'm very unsure how far I'll get. In all honesty, it's likely I'll only get those first two days, with maybe some cleanup/replacement on/of old animations thrown in if there is extra time. That's my best current guess.

Well! This was interesting proof that new story concepts aren't doomed, even if they go up against old favorites. I admit, I wasn't sure if any new story concepts could actually beat the older series out, but this little semi-landslide certainly proves it's possible! With an overwhelming win, Contract Doll has been added to my writing projects list as my next project. Likely to be started in a couple of days when I'm hopefully feeling a bit less foggy from pain meds and such...

July - Mixed Media Poll

So, this poll ended up in a 50/50 split between The Virtual Trap (Part 9) and Cara Loft: The Seal of Kukaco (Part 4). Conveniently, I actually didn't vote at all in this poll. I tend not to do so with the Mixed Media Poll, as there is a small enough pool of voters that my one vote could tip things unfairly. In this case, that means I'm simply going to add my own thumb to the result, casting my vote for...

 Cara Loft: The Seal of Kukaco!

Frankly, I didn't have an opinion between the two this time. So I figured I'd toss my vote at the story that hasn't gotten updated in a few months. This way the Cara Loft series gets a chance to stay relevant. Given that the older stories don't seem to be getting any love any longer, I might introduce a new concept or two as possible options over the next couple of months. But for July, at least, the winner is Cara Loft: The Seal of Kukaco (Part 4). I'll get started with rendering for it tonight.
