Baldur's Gate 3 is trending and you do great monster-girls. What about Lae'Zel or Karlach from BG3? A fun one you could do either flirty or non-flirty is 'viewer doesn't know what job they're being interviewed for,' where you ask interview questions that seem very random or weird without explaining why you need that information. It could be for no job (the questions are just strange); or for a job that no longer exists (like a classic chimney-sweep, where you could ask questions about dexterity and flammability); or for a fantastical job, like a dawn charioteer or an enchanted-broom-wrangler.
