Change in Tiers (Patreon)

I got some great advice, and decided to just get rid of the $12.50 and $20.00 Tiers. The $5 Tier is bumped up to 5 early chapters, and $10 is now 50 early chapters. The $30.00 Tier remains, as that is the "gratuity" Tier.
