Ever met someone who just really had a knack for pushing your buttons in a bad way?  You could listen to insults from anyone else all day long but when this person so much as rolled their eyes at you it was enough to make you want to put your fist through a wall?  You didn't know why, but for some reason they just got to you more than anyone else could.

That's what Casey is to Abbey.  Abbey is normally quite composed and even tempered.  She puts a lot of skill and effort into appearing likable and adorable at all times, but all it takes is a few barbed words from Casey to ruin her work and bring out her ugly side in front of everyone.
