Many of us remember the educational Carmen San Diego series of computer games for being  so lame you were actually allowed to play them at school. I kid, but the truth is I remember this character best from the animated series way back in the 90's. (This is due to the fact I never came anywhere close to finding her in the game) I don't draw a lot of tied up women but with this character I found it fitting that she be caught.

And with Carmen here I'm kicking off four weeks of obscure characters at Patreon! Specifically, any fictional females who you simply don't see in a lot of hentai are fair game. If you guys are interested shout out your suggestions in the comments as to who should be next to give me some ideas! :D
