I'd think that not blowing early is a staple of porn, and only unusual outside of porn. Same with men being able to cum multiple times without resting or even dropping in flacidity. No, the weird thing in comparison to porn is the amount of conversation taking place that isn't dirty talk. But it makes it better, IMHO. I love these two. Possibly more than any other pairing.

The biggest reason no one ever gets pregnant is because I want to keep the passage of time ambiguous. The characters could be high school seniors for another few years depending on how I pace the story.
