Naoto Sketch (Patreon)

August's sketch for KainRezo072 stars Naoto, the detective prodigy, from Persona 4. I'd say "spoiler alert" that she's a girl, but as someone who's played the game and watched the anime, I can say with confidence that that was one poorly concealed twist from pretty much the moment she's introduced. She's had a few different voice actresses across the mediums, and,  (in English at least, I can't speak for the Japanese actress,) it's always painfully obvious that she's voiced by a girl trying to sound like a boy. 

She's still a pretty cool character character though, and to this day Persona 4 remains my favorite entry in the series. I haven't played 1 or 2, (they are currently fetching ridiculous prices on ebay.) Persona 3 was a little too rough around the edges mechanically for me to bother finishing it. And while I enjoyed Persona 5, I feel like I was just just a teensy bit too old to appreciate its obvious "fuck all adults!" theme. I couldn't relate to the kids in the cast, I just wanted to tell them to get off my lawn, as it were.
