I always imagined Casey as fairly tall, though it certainly never looked that way whenever she stood next to anyone else during Switch. She was surrounded by pretty much exclusively taller people. Both Casey and Bria were meant to be around 5'8'' with Sylvia being about 6'0'' (same as Liz incidentally,) and Royce being around 6'5.'' In TRW I have way more height variations to work with now, and it was only in looking at this page that I realized just how tiny Abbey is going to look next to Casey when they're on a page together.
