When I start writing a scene I rarely have one definitive end to it in mind. Of the ideas I had, I settled on the one where Mr. Birch gets punished and I think it feels right. I decided to keep his wife's appearance ambiguous for now, as I may want to come back to her some time if I get any good story ideas about a cucking milf who wants revenge.
