AJ definitely watched ahead or got spoilers of what Eugene was doing w those bullets. Thats the most obscure guess by what the show shows you with Eugene scenes this season. He seems like he has totally went down the savior route. Aj just pulled this, "ayooo bro! All imma say is Eugene is cookin!!🤓🥸🤡"out of nowhere episodes ago and was mad confident from the getgo. Definitely just saw what happened in finale before and is lowkey spoiling shit just to seem right about a "prediction" Especially the part where Illias asks him "what do u even mean hes cooking?" AJ almost answered by saying "i dont wanna spoil it." Bc he knows exactly what happens. He basically answered like that like you can see him fumble to answer

Not necessarily. In my original watch I guessed that Eugene was doing something, too. You could see the doubts he had several times. And when Father Gabriel came back you could see that he changed course once he saw that Gabriel covered for him. Eugene switched tactics and had to oversell his "role" with the saviors.

AJ thought that the guy Negan was speaking to when he first pulled up to the Sanctuary with Laura in the car was somehow the 'guy in the car'. That was DJ, Negan told him not to tell anyone he was back and we never seen who was in the car. When Dwight first seen Laura in his room, Negan explained how he found her on the road but you guys were talking over it all.... arguing about it and if you just listened to the show you would have got the answer.
