Regie Khemvisay

sooo fun, great reaction again. Also, Marco died (he's one of our crew) Jean's closest buddy. So thats a big loss

Joydan Bri’an

due to the week to week release schedule, most anime have a few minutes of recap, just for people to catch up in case they forgot. anyways LEVIIIIIIII!!! hands down my favorite character no competition

wanira 11

I love your hype during the reactions, reminds me of myself watching this for the first time last year. This show has some scenes that have made my adrenaline genuinely go through the roof, in a way that no other show I've watched has. Can't wait for more

Jacqueline Guerrier

Please tell me you guys are gonna watch the OVA's!

DustinEatWorld

Yes!No regrets Part 1 and 2 are a must watch! Ilses Notebook is also very informative.

DustinEatWorld

Regarding Aot viewing: Attack on Titan also includes 8 special episodes called OVAs (Original Video Animation) that provide extra content on characters or worldbuilding. Most of them are optional, while others are highly recommended. These are: A choice with no regrets part 1 and 2 and Ilses Notebook. You could start watching No regrets after finishing season 1..since you already know Levi. They‘re aren’t any spoilers in it.Its literally his origin story. Ilses Notebook you can watch after the first episode of season 2.

Glad you mentioned, something that really makes this anime incredible to watch is the soundtrack, the music is spectacular, it really gives you goosebumps, when you finish season 2, I hope you can also react to the music like other reactors have made, to this videos specially: Hiroyuki Sawano / Project “Attack on Titan” suite, and "Attack On Titan Opening Guren no Yumiya Live :)

Angel

Oh no you missed some scenes in the ep bc of the version you watched....

Kimberly Rodriguez

They are also on chrunchyroll under Attack on Titan OAD'S. These are important and are part of the story

H0ldTheDoor

best part is for you guys is the recap anime like do recaps often so any forgotten info will be refreshed

Srco

They are on crunchyroll under OAD's :) if you have someone who already knows the series it would be very good for them to find a appropriate point to watch them. I think its no spoiler to say that AoT doesnt scare away from killing off characters, so if you hold them off until late you will already know who might die during it since they arent around in the main story anymore :)

And finally! two of my top 3 favorite characters, Erwin and Levi <3 <3 <3

Gabriel P.

Something you guys didnt catch; Captain Levi accepted to be responsible for Eren only because he is the only one that can (and will) kill Eren if he turns against them. Something I just realized: Them showing Captain Ian’s face after someone mentions they had “won” really shows why Commander Pixis chose him to lead this mission. They both shared the same taste of “liquor”, the bitter taste of constantly losing against the Titans. But now his face is full of determination to secure the win. This episode has some really tragic “if you know, you know” shots/scenes. Its something that has a lasting impact on several of our characters from now on, and its impossible to catch it until its revealed. Goes to show the story is set from the beginning.

I think it's fine to watch Ilse's notebook after season 1. That's how it was released, I know people are concerned about spoilers, but back in the day when this show aired everyone saw Ilse's notebook 4 years before season 2 premiered and they were fine.

RationallySassy

Yeah, I don't even know if the OG versions exist anymore aha. No clue where to find them but also, why did they change them? Super strange and it makes it so people miss out on a few important things

Kel

I think I’ve said it before, but this has become the highlight of my week. Watching my favorite show with you guys is the perfect way to end the day. Also, funny that you mentioned Lost and how this show is like that with answers because my top 3 shows of all time include this and Lost (and Dark, which is another show that keeps you guessing without giving answers for a while). I definitely am drawn to puzzle box shows!

Kel

Yes! Watching Ilse’s Notebook before that episode kind of ruins a big moment, I see a lot of reactors watch it before that and then when they get to the episode it takes away from the…well, you know.

Kel

Honestly as long as they watch No Regrets that’s all I care about haha. That is a MAJOR must-see for background story.

Arudorin

I can't believe crunchyroll cut out the scene where Annie saves Jean from the Titan. When Oak corrected Mason about the heart rate, I just laugh my ass off.

Angel

The animators were likely rushed on production so the version released for tv was unfinished and then they released the updated eps but for some reason these streaming sites left the unfinished versions up

Kevin Holliday

The battle from the end of the trailer already happened when the titans first attacked the 2nd wall

Ashtail Foxclaw

Gosh season 2 is going to be such an epic reaction. I'm so excited for so many different moments in the whole show.

Brandon G

If you are looking for a cover for the intro, maybe try Jonathan Young or Natewantstobattle/ Give Heart Records, though they are English covers

Wayno Kamaka

Can yall react to "Hiroyuki Sawano / Project【emU】 “Attack on Titan” suite" later on? You guys have been loving the music and this is a suite covering all of the best songs from the Anime from the composer!

bookwormxx

The episodes are pretty faithful to their adaption of the manga - so the vomit of the human corpses was in the original source material.

existentiallynowhere

LOVE how y'all are getting more and more into the opening theme along each episode, jamming out to it and throwing up the salute ❤️ I know that a lot of people skip the intros when watching anime themselves, but I've always been the type to watch them everytime to get hype for the episode ☺️ (I also appreciate not having to try and sync up multiple times in order to skip it)

Alexz Ehlers

I seriously love that you watch the intro and are getting into it! This intro is awesome!

Alexiani Gollarza

Oak, to answer your question, one of the reasons they don't go for the eyes is because it's a waste of time, you better aim to the back of the neck and it's an instant kill, but if you go for the eyes they're still alive and can move very fast, like crazy, hit you and your dead. It's not the main reason of course xD but it's better if you go for the back of the neck, remember they can regenerate in 20secs(ish)

Alexiani Gollarza

Also, I was completely lost when I watched this episode and didn't realized who the character was but the dead guy Jean sees, the one missing half of his face is Marco, the guy that talked to Jean and encouraged him when they were inside the building, you said "he is pushing him to be a leader" or something along those lines.
