Season 1 was still the best. Season 2 & 3 are not bad but i dont like that season 2 and 3 feel pretty similiar, in both a new villian is introduced and at the and the villian is dealt with and you get a new cliffhanger that wont change the status quo even though it seems like it for example homelander killing the boss of vought. Season 2 rolls around and nobody really cares that he killed her and he is still the leader of the seven. Or the end of season 2 where his son turned against him just to be on his side at the end of season 3. Still an entertaining show and one of my favourites but it keeps spinning in circles in my opinion. But still we get very entertaining moments like octopus sex that was hillarious

The worst episode so far, Maeve living after a 100 plus foot fall after being nuked by soldier boy, Ryan siding with Homelander rven though he know Homelander did stuff to his mom and partially reason for her death, Billy breaking the deal with soldier boy. The fight as well just isnt that great, everyone just stands around and starlight floats and does pretty much nothing after getting a 20 second scene of showing what her true power is.. a push Kamikos whole arc is that she doesnt want to be a monster but is literally dancing and killing people having fun like a monster would.. The fact we havent gotten a single main character death yet is kindof worrisome, they had there moment with Maeve but soiled it because they wanted her to have a happy ever after with her girlfriend.. 3 seasons in and this show is supposed to be dark and gritty, but we're not seeing any main cast die in a sad or heartbreaking way.. i feel they shouldve killed off Kamiko to push Frenchies storyline, or kill frenchie to push Kamikos.. Theres many other things that are lackluster from this episode like the choreography, but tbf the boys choreography has never been that great, its everything around it that is In all its a great show, i just hope season 4 we really get to see the end times for some characters and possibly the death of Homelander.. It feels the writers dont know how to write homelander, every season he starts the show being controlled, then by the end he realizes he can do much more, just to be reset the next season.. which is where we're at again in S4 i assume.. they'll probably bring in a new villian, just to kill them or prison them and have homelander become unhinged once again just to be tamed the starting of the next season Although i think Stormfront may still be Alive and her death has been faked

I agree Maeve living is a bit crazy, but I'm pretty sure they had her stay alive and go off all happy with her girlfriend specifically to combat the "bury your gays" trope.
