Here we are. At the 20th Aniversario! So cool to see all this and behind the scenes. What time for these actors and crew. Y'all weren't kidding about the emotion this can pull out of you. Any chance they can give us more Potter? They can do some more spinoffs, right?

As always, thank you all for your support! It means the world to us! Enjoy.

Sorry but I can't watch that. There's like 5 minutes of clear sound and video and that's it.

Badd Medicine

If you are referring to the blur and no sound.... It's because we don't own it and would get copyright block.

Anonymous

It seams all of your content that was originally uploaded for viewing through vimeo is no longer there. Would love for yall to re-upload your reactions to the YouTube service so we can enjoy them if yall still have the files!

Badd Medicine

Yes, we are no longer with Vimeo. Unfortunately, on the Patreon app, I'm not able to see which video this comment is on. Which reaction are you looking for and we'll get it up and running.

Milly

Hey guys! Wanted to rewatch this one, but it seems like it does not load for me? tried different browsers already, but still can't seem to start playing your reaction.

KarySky

This is exactly the (sad) comment I was looking for, else I would have written this. Emma Watson had it so hard, being sexualized at such a young age. I remember her 14-year-old face being photoshopped on playboy babes. Her Prisoner of Azkaban face. I even had a friend who came across his friend masturbating looking at such pictures. She was 14. I feel so awful for her, it's such a toxic environnement for young girls to grow in! She's my hero.

Link to the video is now in the description.

Let’s go! Reunion time!!

Tx28

Let's goooo!! :D

Andrew Hansen

I'm not watching it personally with their excluding of JK Rowling. Love you guys though.

Rosielauren xo

There’s a lot of behind the scene videos especially of the filming of the last 2 films. They’re decent lengthy videos also. That will be cool x

sett4r

Absolutely loved watching this!! Cannot wait for the round table! <3

PaulaC

Watching Oak go from the guy who was checking his phone every 4 minutes to someone who cried during the anniversary? This is why i subscribe to reactors.

takfogger

WHY WOULD THEY NOT HAVE DUMBLEDORE ACTOR??? **cries forever** 😭😭😂

Kristin Carter

Watching this for the 2nd time with you guys and crying my eyes out (again)

Brittany Lewandowski

Goblet is only 636 pages, Order of the Phoenix is actually the biggest book at 766. Mike got that wrong in his interview lol.

Tx28

Yes, Dumbledore, McGonagall, Umbridge, Flitwick, Trelawney, Lupin, Mrs. Weasley, Lockhart, Myrtle, Petunia, Dudley... Missed them all so much in the reunion, it would have been incredible to have them interviewed too. Really a shame!

Tx28

Loved this so much guys, it has been so unbelievably awesome to experience this whole HP world again with you. Thanks for sharing this journey with us. :)

BriaDawn

I have always thought Hermione should have ended up with a redeemed Draco. I said what I said Oak don't come at me bro lol

Tyta

I always love when you get to see the actors behind the characters ❤️ I already knew a lot of these beforehand. And as everybody does, I still love Mr. Rickman ❤️ I am looking forward to the roundtable. And I hope it soon will be Hunger Games time 🏹

David yates who directed the last 4 films continues to direct the fantastic beast films

The series was so big, it was such a big cultural phenomena, that when the movie - the last movie - was about to hit the cinema: the posters (where I lived) did not even have a title or picture of the cast or anything that would indicate which movie it was about. Rather, the poster was simply this: "It all ends - July 15" and EVERYONE knew what movie it was. To this day (I'm 27), I remember leaving that cinema and we were all crying. Everyone felt the same profound sadness at reaching the end of something that touched all of us and had been with us for a decade. It was like saying goodbye to someone for the last time. I will never forget that moment.

jjsons

this is the second time i watched this reunion and i cried just as hard, if not more, than the first time...couldn't see you guys through my tears at one point

Aaron

Pretty sure Goblet is 734 pages. At least the hardback version was. I know this because my mom (who is a teacher) bragged endlessly to all her teacher friends that I read a 734 page book in a week during the summer of 2001. I was 10 years old so that made her very proud.

Aaron

Here's a quote Emma Watson gave in an interview after the series finished, to kind of help summarize why she didn't necessarily want to finish the films. "I have felt for the last 10 years I have had this battle; I've been fighting so hard to have an education. It's been this uphill struggle. I was Warner Bros' pain in the butt. I was their scheduling conflict. I was the one who made life difficult." Add to the fact that she was a pretty teenage girl who was sexualized pretty heavily by fans and media. Every teenage girl deals with that on some level, but it's not a stretch to say that she was maybe the most visible teenage girl in the world at that time. Here's another quote she gave regarding her 18th birthday... "I remember on my 18th birthday I came out of my birthday party and photographers laid down on the pavement and took photographs up my skirt, which were then published on the front of the English tabloid [newspapers] the next morning. If they had published the photographs 24 hours earlier they would have been illegal, but because I had just turned 18 they were legal." The fame came with some really humiliating problems. I wouldn't have blamed her if she had walked away.

It feels like everytime I come here to comment I just say I'm crying, and it must come across like I'm a sentimental fool, but surprisingly I'm not, I rarely ever cry, but somehow Harry Potter never fails to make me tear up. There's so much truth in what is said in this reunion, so much truth said by these wonderful, wonderful actors. While growing up it made me feel like I wasn't as lonely, and it actually helped me embrace my loneliness, and helped be ok with it, and don't get me wrong, I've always had plenty friends, I have very, very good friends to whom I probably owe my life (my best friend and I just celebrated our 20th friendship anniversary), but I always felt different, and so I felt lonely. Harry Potter gave me somewhere to escape and like Emma said, it made me feel held. Somehow, I felt the death of many of these actors, because in a way, they embodied the characters that I had grown loving, but also I had grown seeing these actors in interviews and in a way grew to care for them, Alan Rickman's death was really sad for me and my brother. My eldest brother and I have an 8 year gap between us, and it was Harry Potter that brought us together. He passed down his books to me, he showed the movies to me when I was around 9 and I watched Prisoner of Azkaban (which I was actually terrified of) and then I saw the Goblet of Fire and absolutely loved it. Later, he gave me the books, and I loved them. Him and I, we read a lot, we are voracious in that sense, and while we truly genuinely love LOTR, it is Harry Potter that means comfort to us. We just watched Fantastic Beasts and The Secrets of Dumbledore on Monday, just because he was not able to see it in the theaters and I wanted to watch it again and we wanted to hang out together. I always related my family to The Weasleys, not much money to go around, but always a strong bond between us, we had our share fair of problems, but my family always managed to stick together and love and be happy through it all. I really appreciate all these reactions you are giving us, really appreciate your commentary. It's always so much fun to see what you think, and yes, they are very very impactful movies. It's because in a way Harry Potter tells a universal story. Can't wait for the roundtable and the Fantastic Beast reactions. P.S.: Sorry about the lengthy comments, I'm always rambling here, sorry guys!!

Brittany Lewandowski

Yea hardcover is 752 , even still Phoenix Hardcover is 870. The ones i mentioned above are paperback.

I have always considered myself a part of the Harry Potter Generation. The first book came out when I was around nine and the last one came out the summer after I graduated high school and the last movie was released the summer after I graduated college. These stories stick with you; I’ve alway considered myself an avid reader even before these books were released but somehow year after year I find myself coming back to these books. I have multiple copies, including digital, audio and the illustrated ones as the are being released. Every year when I read them now as an adult I find myself getting different things out of them but it also feels like seeing old friends again because even though I had a solid group of friends growing up these books became my escape out of the real world, where it didn’t matter that I was the shy kid or not good at sports. I was the smart kid and when I delved into the books I had a home. I’ve enjoyed these books throughout my life and I was lucky that my parents also fell in love with them, we’ve seen all the movies together and when the play premiered on Broadway my dad and I were there and it was like I was a child again trying to figure out how they did the magic. It has been fun going down memory lane with you guys these past couple months and I can’t wait to watch the round table.

Dasypodidae

You mentioned that your non-HP reaction are not that meaningful. I haven't yet dived into them much so I don't exactly know how I like them. But you guys are definitely very good at the meaningful reactions. So I would suggest that you also keep picking meaningful films and series to react to. It would be a waste of talent if you would primarily do the less meaningful stuff 😉

Elephantlogic

You should Awake watch with Jason Isaac, you might not hate him so much after that haha, it's a super underrated show only 13 episodes. Unfortunately it got cancelled.

Even if you don't record them, I hope you guys watch the behind-the-scenes of each movie to see a bit more of how the world was created and brought to life. They are about 10 mins each and can be found under each movie on hbo max

Years ago, during the interviews for Order of The Phoenix, Rupert Grint was the one who was cringing at the idea of Ron and Hermione kissing. He even said then, "Hey, maybe one of us will die . . . maybe we'll get killed off and won't have to do it!" To which Emma Watson said: "You'd rather die than kiss me?!" I think they both considered it the equivalent of kissing their sibling. But in this reunion, Rupert seemed to be too mature and too much of a gentleman to stress it. Funny.

It's funny how Robbie Coltraine (Hagrid) was talking about how the series got kids reading again. I've known a lot of kids who don't read, and I knew more 15 years ago. An interesting thing happened to me that I will never forget. When Order of the Pheonix came out, I went to buy it the day it was released. It was an enormous brick of a book. So, I'm walking out of the store with it in my hand, marveling at how big and heavy it was, and thinking, with excitement, how long it would take me to get through it. I was in my twenties. There was a mother and her child coming out of the store, having just bought the book. The kid could not have been more than 7. He was this tiny little thing. His mother turns to him and says, "Are you sure you're going to be able to read all that?" And, with his face lit up, he says, "Yup." The book was so big he could hardly hold it in his tiny hands. And I was just like, my God. This is what Harry Potter has done..

James Ventola

I was the same age as Daniel Radcliffe so I literally was always the age of the main cast which was an insanely awesome experience.

Watching this again with you guys and realising Robbie Caltron actually died this year, after making the comment that the movies will be watched 50 years later and that he probably won´t be around anymore, so sad.

Hello. We are never misleading. You get OUR full Reaction. We have it labeled in the tier that you clicked on to access this, that you will need your copy for a watch along. Reason is COPYRIGHT LAWS. Since we do not own this property, legally we cannot show this or any movie or tv show. On top of that, we can't even come close to owning the rights to distribute this property. If we ignored the law and blasted the property and a studio found out and decided to take legal action, we would easily lose which could result in us losing this Patreon community and potentially more. As far as you feeling "cheated" we are sorry your feel that way and have zero problems refunding you, but in the future we recommend you reading the tier before purchasing where it clearly states everything you need to know. We also have a pinned comment picture that clearly states this is a watch along format.

I see, my apologies, you are right, I was just stating the way I felt according to my understanding and did not accuse you of being misleading, and was waiting for your reply to learn the reason why this was the case, but I acknowledge that I should have read your description first and for failing to do that I apologize, and I shall delete my comment since it no longer stands, but I want you to read my apology first before I do that and I hope you accept it, so please let me know that you read it, also no need for refund and thank you for explaining , ps I do enjoy your reaction as it is mature and respects the content that’s why I was bummed when there was no audio and video the whole time but I understand now.

Badd Medicine

Oh no apologies needed. We understand and believe it or not, it happens quite a few times per month. We appreciate you being here and a supporter for how long that may be. If you need anything else, please reach out.

Ola Aljaryan

I also believe you are awesome for respecting copyright, thank you for understanding and you are welcome
