To address Diamond Dave's question, Eren showed up to the table with his hand already cut as a way to threaten Armin and Mikasa, meaning he could transform into a titan at any time. Also yes the working theory they have is that Eren has to make physical contact with someone of royal blood to gain access to the Founding titan's full abilities, which would be to start the rumbling.

And that is a monologue, with that particular music playing, this is one moment I rewatched maybe more often than others. If you previously thought that anime was for kids, what do you think of that statement about adults who aren’t shouldering responsibility and leaving their children a worse future? This scene from start to finish is incredibly deep and moving.

honestly there are things im still catching even though its like my 4th time watching. they really do care about the details in this show and watching it a second time made me appreciate all the story elements they foreshadowed

A full body of wine to the head can definitely be fatal or do permanent in real life, but 9/10 it's nothing in anime. There are anime where characters will LITERALLY lose gallons of blood and shrug it off like nothing. AoT is definitely more grounded than most, but it's still an anime and the human body being more durable than the real life counterpart is a common theme in anime. Just add it to the list of "anime things."

Someone already answered the eren’s cut question. But as for the spinal fluid, eren making contact with it wont trigger any founding titan power. The spinal fluid is just simply zeke’s ability to turn people into dumb titans, that’s it, therefore falco wont turn into the beast titan or having its power with the spinal fluid. The only way to trigger founding titan power is to physically in contact with a body of the royal blood

I just want to clarify NOT A SPOILER but in regards to zeke's spinal fluid when injected or otherwise "consumed" when combined with his scream it can make titans but only dummy titans they will not become one of "The 9" no duplicate beast titans etc just dummy no brain titans. you can only become one of the 9 by eating one of the 9 or born as one of the 9 if they died before being injected; it would go to a newborn baby

if it is easier think of eren's cut hand as a loaded gun on the table the man is making a threat. remember the way they transform is self harm so eren with his hand already cut means he is ready to transform into a titan at any time he means big business this isn't going to be a friendly convo

I think Falco surviving the wine to the dome is because they're not regular kids...they are the best of the best. The show has reiterate that Marley can't afford to lose Gabi, especially. Her personality and ideology flaws aren't an indictment on her ability as a soldier. She's supposed to be almost a super soldier, perfectly brainwashed, that came out of their Warrior program.

Specifically, you have to be a titan already to gain the powers of the 9. If you get their spinal fluid while human you either transform into a mindless titan like any other, or become a "sleeper" titan if you got royal blood spinal fluid.

Honestly it's not even an "anime thing." How many times in movies do you see people getting hit upside the head and knocked out? Any impact serious enough to instantly knock you out can be life threatening in real life. It's just a fictional allowance we make for storytelling.

This is one of the best written episodes of AOT, the tragic love Nicolo had for Sasha, Mr. Braus being the big man to end this cycle of revenge, the pull up of the Jaegerists with Eren just casually walking into the room kinda mirroring how Reiner and Bertholdt casually revealed their identity.

It's not confirmed but people have believed that Sasha's last words were not "meat". In episode 8 she whispered "Niku" which is Japanese for "meat" but it is possible that Sasha was calling out "Nico-" as in Nicolo as they had some sort of love relationship according to Kaya in this episode. Either way, it's more salt to the wound.

You are gonna reeeally want to watch Episodes 78, 79 and 80 together. I also really recommend watching the dubbed versions cause there is no way you are gonna catch everything that's gonna be thrown at you in those episodes by just reading.

Yes I know that, I'm just saying what others have theorised, what if it's a double entendre? A phrase that can be interpreted both ways. Obviously it's "meat" cause in the dub they say "meat". Animes have been playing on words for a long time that not a lot of western viewers get like in Heavenly Delusion, they love to play on the meanings and interpretations of character names.

The most insane one I can remember was Deadman Wonderland. I've seen other anime that are more gorey and whatnot, but as far as just normal human bodies that anime shows them leaking a ton and yet recovering just fine lol.

Please, I recommend you first watch Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, I think they are more complete and shorter series, with an excellent story that I'm sure you will like, there are some anime that although many people like them, they are not for everyone, or they are more popular for the fight scenes and have many filler episodes.

One Piece isn't popular just for fights (and they can skip filler like other Youtubers), it's the world build building, character development and the overall story that make it popular. I agree that just because something is popular doesn't mean they like it, but that's why they're a reaction channel. They can watch whatever they want and let us know what they think. And from their reaction of the live action, they would probably like to see what the live action had to cut out by watching the anime. Also they will be having a poll after Attack on Titan, so it will be a vote anyway.

Just started watching - you know what, guys? Throw your predictions out and just enjoy the show! As a viewer, it's fun just seeing how you react to the story, with nothing riding on how you think things will go. Predictions are almost a form of "self-spoiling" via thinking through the show more than you need to - good to truly go in as blind as you can. The payoff - smh.
