To be honest I was pretty sure that the narration in CC:EH was slowed down intentionally, but it still got me worried! Judging by the comments on YouTube, many others felt the same. John you're doing so much work it's almost superhuman, so it's easy to think that you could get overworked, stressed out and plain tired because of it. So it's good to hear from you directly that it was a deliberate choice. You've probably been told this a million times already but I'm going to say it anyway: imho when you are less energetic it's a bit more difficult to keep paying attention while you're talking, but as you rightly pointed out it probably is very helpful for students and teachers to get a little more time to soak in all the information you are presenting. I'm sure you guys put a LOT of thought into the matter and I think it's good that you're sticking with your decision. And in any case, European History is insanely interesting and you've been doing a great job with this new series!
