THIS INSTALLMENT: George Lucas and Ron Howard teamed up for an ambitious fantasy adventure with a different kind of hero in the mid-80s, but it didn't initially win the same appreciation as STAR WARS or INDIANA JONES. Today, WILLOW remains one of the great underrated genre films of its era, waiting to be rediscovered by a new generation.
