Voting changes (Patreon)

Starting next month the voting tier will be the ones to pick the characters and vote on them. I feel like after think about it that the way it always should have been. But the tipping point was having to move the voting here. So just to be clear, everyone still gets the art, but the voting tier will be the one deciding what the voting is👍
