Reminder: The GMTK Discord exists! (Patreon)

Hello! This is just a quick reminder that the GMTK Discord is a thing that exists and is good. It's a chill, low key, well moderated, and friendly space to talk about games, current events, game jams, game design, and game development. 

There's also Game Club, now hosted by the moderators. It's now about exploring a general topic through the lens of different games. Right now, people are chatting about the idea of "alone together" (multiplayer modes in singleplayer games), by discussing games like Death Stranding and Dark Souls.

To get on the Discord, you simply need to head to your user settings on Patreon and connect your Discord account. This will automatically invite you to the channel and give you the Patron role.

Anyhoo, have a good weekend. New episode should be out next week - it's quite similar to the Celeste episode: a look at character design, with insights from the game's developers. Just... quite a different 2D platformer! Also, your usual reading list and playlist rewards.
