Did you know we have a GMTK Discord? (Patreon)

Hey!

So, it's been a while since I promoted the GMTK Discord channel. So let me remind you about it.

Discord, if you don't know, is a chat room app where likeminded people can get together to talk about stuff and share cat pictures. 

You can make an account here (it's free!) and then connect your Discord account to your Patreon account here. You will then be automatically let into our server.

Our server has rooms for chatting about games (obviously), a place where developers can get together to share ideas and get help. We have a room for showing off things you've made, and a room where video makers can talk about the craft.

We also have a monthly Game Club where we vote on a game, all play it together, and then talk about it. This month we're playing Killer 7, which was recently released on Steam. And sometimes we play multiplayer games together, too.

The nice thing about the channel is that it's pretty small and cosy. There's always people online and chatting, but it's not so busy that you'll be lost in the noise. Also everyone is super welcoming and we've got a great team of mods who keep things friendly and civil!

So if you're looking for a place to hang out online, give it a shot! It's one of your perks for being a Patron, after all.
