That would ultimately depend on what you think would work best for these two in the story. Maybe she gets followers and one extra high tier where both the friend and the mystery person try to out do each other much to main girl’s confusion.

Hm. I’d start off by adding a couple of chapters where he asks for more custom-made videos. Then if you want to spice things up add a new follower/character who is also close to the girl but is applying the same strategy as the guy friend. I would wrap it up with the reveal of the girl knowing or finding out that both characters were fighting over her and she just sits there counting all of the money she made over the pissing contest.
