April Lovely Ramble! (Patreon)

Hey guys! This month I made mushroom stuffed pork loin. I was really excited for this one, and it ended up... alright? Not bad at all, just not as DELISH as I expected. I think if I did this again I'd make sure to put the lemon zest in the mushroom mixture as i intended, not the outside (it was too powerful on the outside! plus I went a bit ham with how much I put in haha) and less parsley in the mixture (as we already knew from the audio there was a LOT lmfao). I'd also maybe skip the bacon honestly, I dont think it added anything! Replace it with onion? Mmm.. haha. 

Also, I noticed the audio was pretty peaky in this audio -- let me know if it's too bad? I need to figure out a better option for audio since this doesn't sound very pleasant at all to me :( hopefully it's not bad! <3
