Speaking of glitches. Something that I've seen talked about on episode explainer videos (Game Spot's to be specific) - released after the airing of each episode - is glitches. One appears when Hastings' wife is shot by Mr C. Another is a doorknob on a door that looks like two overlapping physics objects quickly glitching in one object. Couldn't find that last one but it is in that Game Spot review.

There is a ton of glitches throughout the season. Don’t know the reasoning or if it is intended but yeah there is a lot exactly like this. Very strange.
