Once I got to episode 19 I HAD to read the manga. Sadly it's nowhere near as far along as the light novel so now I'm going to read those too. This anime is just too damn good.

keep in mind that there are two manga adaptions. One further than the other but adapting less (skipping a bit of stuff that is not important)

I think this is the first time Jinshi actually sees their difference in status as something negative. before he used it to order her around but it didn't set in for him since she doesn't lick his boots at a glance like others do. Now he is confronted with the very real possibility that he would have to order her death if she didn't warn her lady for poison correctly or if a assumption she did for him was wrong in the end.

The first Kdrama I watched was Alchemy of Souls with my dad of all people. He just started watching it one day while he was visiting. Highly recommend it. The episodes are pretty long though.
