This ep has 2 of the best scenes/lines in the whole series, Tour Guide Ryoko calling is as we all see it, just facts, and then the double entandra to start the photoshoot, comic gold.

Most of the names are puns on the character's characteristic, especially if you say their names in Japanese order, last name first. Naruse's first name is Shisuto, which makes his name Naruse Shisuto, if you say it fast it's obviously "Narcisist". Tadano's name is "Hitohito", and in Japanese "Tadanohito" is "average person". I haven't looked at more names, other than "Onehime", "Sister Princess".
