I don't know why they didn't translate the "mystery voice" that Shin heard. The audio is garbled, but you can still make out what's being said. First, there's an order "Fire!" and then the first bombardment hits the Morpho. Later, there's a warning to Shin before the incendiary missiles are fired: "Unidentified unit... If you can hear me, fall back!"

Here we go, the screeching crescendo of the show! God this episode is good and tragic at the same time... I knew that scene with Kiriya, Rei and Shin would break Alana into tears, just like it did me. Two more to go, the by far two best episodes! Can't believe I have to wait until Monday uuuggghh!

Crunchyroll never had the lines translated in English. It were in Spanish, Italian and other languages. They added them later in the recap ep tho

I mean, as a noble family, it's pretty likely that some Nouzen clan members have married into some of the royal family, so Shin and Frederica are probably like second or third cousins
