That adaotation was so good! It was so good that the only scene I thought was better in the manga is only in the last episode. I thought Kana's declaration that she WILL be Aqua's fav was a bit cooler in the manga, maybe because there were other people talking or singing and the subtitles drowned her out a bit.

Really makes more sense why Kana was so upset by the Aqua-Akane situation now. They both see each other as rivals in the industry before that, and they both succeeded where the other failed, Akane being successful now and Kana being successful as a child. Now they are rivals in the play, in the industry, and in love. Amazing writing.

Top tier adaptation in my opinion, they've done a fantastic job. Super looking forward to Theatre arc, as I think it's the best one so far in the manga. Props to the studio, because they went hard on this show, and you can tell that they care about doing a good job.

I feel the same, the adaptation was amazing but that moment when Kana made her declaration was way more powerful in the manga. It is my only complaint about the whole adaptation lol

The Stage Play arc is my favroite in the manga so fat and we are nearing the end of the story Reason being also that its quite long so it could be easily half of S2
