great reaction! this ep is one of my favorites in the whole series. the scene where they're on the ride and she asks him to save her someday KILLS me--the way she grabs him, yeah, but also the way that it happens as they go over the cliff, the completely dumbstruck head-over-heels look, the way his world literally and metaphorically flips upside-down...like i really do think he realized that he's got romantic feelings for yukino in that moment. also i'm surprised you didn't pick up on yui and yukino getting jealous when hachiman took iroha's bag, that bit always makes me laugh so hard

If you look at the panda you can see some resemblance with Hachiman and that's why Yukino gave an indirectly hint that she thinks Hachiman is cute. You'll never hear that stuff directly from her so you really have to look. When spy x family started to air a lot of oregairu fans saw Yor and Loid as another version of HachiYuki because of the same VAs and I don't know if you know but Nightfall has the VA as Iroha so basically it's almost an oregairu reunion.

Finally some screentime for Yumiko again.~ Whenever Hachiman and Yukino have their alone time they feel very comfortable with each other. It warms my heart.
