What if Yukino actually realize it was Hachiman, but didn't say anything because she won't more people "reject" her

"For the Third time, he turns back to the path from whence he came" The last speech is really similar to the "Nice girl" speech since both of them are about how Hachiman puts high expectation into people and then he gets disappointed when they arent able to reach them. With that in mind, in a way both Yui and Yukinon broke Hachiman's trust by omitting information and since Hachiman already has a lot of trust issues this kind of moment makes him go back into his shell. I think that ,since Yukino didn't tell them anything about the accident, Hachiman assumes that she doesnt trust them and thus he wants to avoid any conversation regarding the subject(Is this good ? bad? who knows).
