It is nearing the end, as a manga reader the animation is great but also the audio design and dialogue delivery all the character development and nuances translated well into animation. Yes the hype is there but worth while bring Japanese Anime into mainstream entertainment internationally and into western culture.

Also with the whole “time skips”. The Eren’s attack titan possess the ability to “see” the past, present and future. When it’s reflected and showed a lot in the past season as well, hidden in plain sight. The time jumps all are there to show us Eren’s true feelings and why he is “lead” to follow this ‘path of destruction’ (emotionally, mentally and physically for himself and all those around him). The “Child” Eren is a way of showing Eren’s true feelings and emotions. But the adult Eren is the reality he’s seen and facing and the only way Eren can “free” his people. The word “Freedom” has a lot of nuance to it too. The one and only thing Eren wishes/ed for is “Freedom”, but the juxtaposition with child Eren and adult Eren makes you realise how trapped he is… and makes you wonder what is Eren’s true dream and goal. Sorry for the long rants but just want everyone to truely appreciate the shows true potential ✌🏽

Seeing Alana cried, then stopped, then cried again when she realized was so precious 🥲

The ability of you catching sudden things on pretty much every anime is the reason you became one of my faves.

Alana Misako

this show makes me utterly confused a lot and i often feel dumb while watching so thank you for saying that LOL :')

You do a great a job, I enjoy watching other reactors as well but you stand up more since you catch up on things. It’s funny cause sometimes I wonder if you been taking sneak peeks at mangas of anime’s you been watching LOL cx but I know that’s not the case haa.

About the relation with birds you pointed out, you can see it as a symbology to freedom. Since the 1st season they are always talking about freedom and comparing humanity inside the walls with "birds trapped in a cage". And in the 1st season, they said the symbol in the surveillance corps's cape is called "wings of liberty", so I think it's related to this too, as they were the squad who went outside the walls seeking freedom for humanity.

I have arrived like the Alliance kekw

the birds are also usually black (like the very first scene of this series)
