The guy that Kageyama met before going into the All-Japan training camp is Sakusa Kiyomi, he’s one of the top 3 spikers in Japan and he’s the only 2nd year among the three (the other two are third years). And his team, Itachiyama, is regarded as the best high school volleyball team in Japan.

First of all let me just say, Alana you are looking so freakin' cute in this outfit and that beanie! so cozy! makes me want to hug you honestly :D It's good to see you're enjoying the new animation style. A lot of people were put off by the change, but I think there's a lot to like! It is a less realistic and more stylised look overall, and the action scenes are more focused on conveying the dynamism and movements rather than the details. It is still a bummer that a couple of episodes do dip a lot in quality unfortunately, given that during covid they had to outsource the animation to a different staff, and it shows. Nonetheless, this is an amazing season, and especially the second half has some amazing payoffs that i'm sure you will love! can't wait for your reactions :3
