OH MY GOD. When you mentioned that you should read the manga, my heart got so excited! The manga is leagues ahead of the anime. So much more time to flesh out the characters instead of just a 13-episode anime. I think it's funnier and more vulnerable. Anime is still good though, only complaint is the hair colors. Also, it should be illegal for you to tie your hair back. It looks so pretty on you. T_T

You definitely need to read the manga, the photos show many events that were cut from the story. For example the photo of Hori dressed like Ouendan (Cheering Squad) is from the summer festival that was cut from the animation. There's plenty of things and characters that were left out. For example, the fact that Miya sneezed in Sengoku's speech, that's something of a tradition of the Horis bullying Sengoku's family xD Kyosuke did that too to Sengoku's dad and after that Kyosuke was really proud of Miyamura for continuing the family tradition xD We are still hoping that some day we'll see the manga chapter for the Beach episode since they been teasing that for a long time and even recently a special magazine with tons of arts came out and they put there an illustration for the beach episode. Let's hope that we see that happen. On an extra note, the manga is based on the Web Comic (Hori San to Miyamura Kun) and the Web Comic is still ongoing with currently 589 chapters.
