Some episodes reach almost 30 minutes too, which is a bit longer than the standard anime episode. I don't remember if those are the episodes with the outro/intro tho.

I don't think Emilia (and thus The Witch that she is said to resemble) and Echidna looks that similar upon closer inspection, although that has mostly to do with their eyelashes. To notice that the haircolor is different is a bit harder. One thing I wonder is if Echidna had white hair all along, because the impression I get visually is of this immortally young woman who has lost the color of her hair due to the ages passing, while still otherwise retaining the properties of the hair of someone young. While Emilia's silver hair more feels just like her natural hair color.
