Recording sessions are some of my favourite content. It's always so interesting to see how they work. See how they interact when it comes to this. And I hadn't even watched this with subtitles yet, so this was really cool to watch. I loved how quickly Chan shut down Lee Know. not only doesn't it make for the best recording but it's not good for your voice and the future of your voice, to push it when you've got a cold. You can do serious damage. So that was a clear no. Love that Lee Know came to the studio despite that. Because gosh...the work ethic in that. But especially the belting is not a good combination with a sore throat. Felix....he can sing high in falsetto, but belting (which is what they do in the chorus) would be more of an issue. So you don't start with that. Gosh, I love this content. Hearing you talk about turkey and pumpkin....makes me want to jump straight back on a plane back to Canada where I just spent Thanksgiving. I already miss my second home. Hmm a slowcooker....now that's something I don't have yet....and another thing that just came up here in a conversation at home with a friend who has one. I am seriously considering buying one.

Slow cookers are fantastic if you do much cooking. Particularly in the colder months. That's really the only time I break it out because that's the time of the year to make roasts, chili, soup, all that good stuff that benefits from just stewing in its own juices for hours on end, if not overnight.
