You've probably seen many making films from other groups. Are Stray Kids really that different? Because they really do look like...well...just boys having fun with every single shoot, every single prop, being their chaotic self, and just having fun. Listening to you just now I wonder if that really is as special as I thought it was. You made it sound like it is. I love watching their making films. The behind the scenes stuff. But also the joy they clearly have in doing this. Yes, I remember that as well, that it was a conscious decision on their part. And it reminds me of a motivational video I once saw at work about a Seattle fish shop at a market where they juggle with the fish, constantly make jokes with the customers, just have fun. It ended up being more than a store. It was entertainment. ANd they asked one of the guys there if he always felt like being happy all day and if he wasn't tired. Something like that. His reply was that yes he has to get up very early. And yes, he gets tired. But every day he has a choice: go to work, be miserable all day and get home tired, or go to work and have fun and get home tired. When you look at it that way...what is the better option? Hearing you talk about Skz' decision to have as much fun with this as possible, really reminded me of what that guy said. Anyway...on to the next video!

I do feel like SKZ is really different. I haven't consumed nearly as much behind the scenes content from other groups as I have from SKZ, but from what I have seen, these guys play. And they do it all the time. And I don't necessarily mean play in that childish way that it can be meant (even though SKZ is great at letting their inner child out to play). Adults can play too, even though many of us are shamed out of it in order to present our mature side to the world. Adult play looks different from frolicking and the such but is still very identifiable as having fun. These guys can be serious and work hard, and yet they seem to have made the conscious decision to be adults who aren't ashamed to play. I hope they never stop.

Watching how much fun they have on set is great. Honestly, I think by this time they've probably got a reputation for how chaotic they can get even when their on the job.
