The "he" Namjoon talks about in the 2nd verse is the artist Yun Hyon-keun (who the track is named after and who's old voice recordings are the intro & outro). This song is like Namjoon's letter/tribute to him. He talks about it more in Indigo album magazine film which is a great watch too!
