Wow this was long. Sorry. I don't know the seal of Ilsan or how high school works, but I'll try with some other stuff :) For their third anniversary they dressed up as their childhood photos and Wooyoung had the melodica. You can see the photos/gifs all here if you like https://xuseokgyu.tumblr.com/post/665899925156036608/ateez-3rd-anniversary-birthday-party and the video is on youtube Hongjoong and Wooyoung are both November babies so they call their pairing Topaz I don't know about school, but Hongjoong was a goalkeeper for a game that happened before my time and Atiny don't seem to have filed away like everything else, but there are tiny clips of it in this video. https://youtu.be/lvXBGBArpsE His number was 81. 8 makes 1 goalkeeper. (That number also turned up in a lot of their times/scores for the Idol Sports thing last summer too. THAT was a fun day.) Hongjoong didn't go to an arts school, he went to a regular high school. He wrote to KQ and sent them a tape. A year later they contacted him. He had just accepted an offer from another agency but backed out to go to KQ. They gave him to Eden for producing lessons, but he didn't really want to teach some newbie kid, so on the first day he sent Hongjoong away with a list of 300 musical terms to memorize by the next day. He thought HJ would give up and he'd be free of him, but HJ stayed up all night and knew them all the next day. Eden has been impressed by his passion ever since. When he said he felt they were family from their first time in the US, he meant pre-debut. They were sent to LA for a month to train in dance. This is the KQ Fellaz show. He mentioned it at the time too, teary-eyed because he's Hongjoong, while they were writing the song From. They said they still did fight a lot then too. Jongho is DEFINITELY the way too talented kid. LOL From what I've seen, he began training at like 12 or 13 maybe? Early in middle school. Every once in a while we get a teeny glimpse of his soccer, like this one thing during Salary Lupin https://youtu.be/1Ri8mosXsh4?t=2520 All of the little shows they do are considered variety shows I think, but the drawings are scenes from the last episode of season 1 of Wanteez. Jongho, Wooyoung and recently Hongjoong have all said when they have done a solo schedule they get very nervous because they are used to the members being with them. Last week Hongjoong said it was the first time he was on a plane without the members since before debut. The first ATEEZ birthday of the year is Yunho on March 23. Next is Seonghwa on April 3

My FAVORITE interview for some time is Hongjoong and San on JOLLY, in England, in English. They didn't even need to, because the hosts speak Korean. K-Pop Idols try Fish and Chips for the first time!! ft. ATEEZ https://youtu.be/XXgZUoxG370 There's been a slew of content recently, but the rest of the stuff cramming my brain right now are articles/reviews/clips of the tour in Europe, photos from the Japanese magazines and comeback on the 22nd, articles/pics or extremely short Instagram reels of Hongjoong at Fashion Week, or the 5000 livestreams the boys have been doing on youtube. Without Korean those are not as good as they are for others, but Seonghwa always manages to make his fun for everyone. I'm not sure which is my favorite: The one where he re-enacted Ateez performances in Animal Crossing, the one where he and San made tiny Star Wars Lego with special appearances (and mischief) from other members, or the one where he undressed and took us to bed for some ASMR. Damn I love him. Anyway, I highly recommend the Fish and Chips interview lol OH and there's Logbook 108 now too.

No need to apologize for long comments. Thank you for the links. And for all the awesome information. Hongjoong sounds like a very driven man. I'd forgotten about KQ Fellaz training in the US.

I'm definitely going for the Jolly interview first! That looks like fun. Logbook 108 as well.
