they were living in their 2nd dorm at this point. I think they moved in 2015 since the song called "moving on" was on their 2015 album. If i remember correctly they had three rooms to share (Jin with Yoongi, Jk with RM, Jimin, V and J-hope) I don't know if there was anything in between but they move again in 2017 and I believe each had their own room beside Jimin who said that he can't be alone so he shares room with J-hope. As of today, they all have their own apartments etc. but they still spend some time in their dorm.

and i checked, the Independence Day and Constitution Day are the same in Norway (someone can correct me on that). In Poland we have Constitution Day, a celebrations of events from 1791 and Independence Day, a celebrations of gaining independence after WWI.
