TVXQ is the group that the MCs are/were in. About other competition shows like this, Queendom 2 will be starting this month or next month, I'm not sure, but they still didn't reveal who's going to be in it.

I was like you hearing all the names of the expert judges. Most names didn't mean anything to me. I think you were doing a little better. The judges were an interesting mix. Some I really liked for being there. Others...well, I have a bit of a thing against critics that make a living out of being a critic. Those are the types that really like the artsy fartsy stuff. Or do their utmost to find that one thing they didn't like and pull it apart from there. Maybe it comes from having been active in the theatre world for..oh my god...has it been almost 40 years now? Yeah almost, I was barely in my teens the first time. Anyway, I've seen a lot of things on stage. And can look at it with an open mind. I'm never there to find fault. Critics often are. And they also tend to show their lack in knowledge or skill as well. If you read well and do know what you're talking about. I remember one critic who specialised in musicals once writing about an actor in a film musical saying "and who knew he could sing". That actor had at that point already been in numerous stage musicals, leading roles. Another critic wrote about a show, writing a raving review...on the cost of the set, cost of the jewelry, costumes...and nothing about the actual content, quality etc. That too felt wrong. So no, not much faith in that type of critic. Oops...I'll step off my soap box. I'm going to enjoy the ride of this round. May have to continue the binge LOL
