I really like in this series, that you can see they intentionally split up 3racha so that each team had a more experiences song creator to somewhat direct the course of the groups. But especially when you watch this episode you can see how even though 3racha have the experience, they intentionally tried to bring out and foster the creativity in the others. I think changbin would be a great teacher to be honest. The way he draws felix and lee know into exploring their creativity in a relaxed way was super enjoyable to see and you can really see looking at this now, how they've all managed to get to where they currently are in 2023.

Yeah, you can see how from early on, 3Racha didn't jealously guard their role as producers. Some have the tendency to do that. Producing is "their thing". But 3Racha actively drew the guys into it. It's awesome to see.

Hahaha yes, your bias is in this one. That alone made this fun to watch. Even if he wasn't all that savage this time ;-) Had to laugh at your comment about the amount of clothes they were wearing in the pool. And Skz always does this. At first, kpop newby as I was, I thought this was the industry demanding that. But I've seen clips of other groups in the pool and they wear a lot less, so this is definitely Skz. And it's become clear that they do like to be more modest. Yes, there's the hint of abs and a shirtless Chan in Wolfgang, but it's always quick and more of a teaser than anything else. So I guess they simply don't want to be shirtless (and in some cases have bare legs showing) on camera. The wanting or having to be a ending fairy is so interesting. I know in some groups it really is something they want to be. And with Skz I've seen it as a penalty for losing a game. I loved that Changbin pushed Felix and Lee Know a bit out of their comfort zone and into writing topline and lyrics. And also loved how easily that seemed to be done. Again, I'm sure there's some editing to make it look even more smooth, but still...pretty amazing. What comes first, the lyrics or the melody? Very good question. It's something I'm always fascinated about whenever I see artists at work. I know there are artists who have the lyrics first and then the melody follows. I know some where the one writing the lyrics and the one making the melody (and music) work closely together and it's more of a merger. At least, these three seem to make the melody first and then the lyrics. I write lyrics for our musical theatre shows, but I work with existing music and melodies, so I have no choice. I often find myself wishing I could change the melody a bit to suit what I want to say. But I can't, so I work with what I have. I guess with the way these three work (and I am not 100% it's how Skz work in general, except that I know they constantly ask Chan for tracks hahaha), they have the melody, but at least they can adjust slightly if what they want to see needs an extra syllable. ANyway, so so so cool to see their working progress. I'm am hoping, praying they'll do this again at some point.

These episodes really were cool. It's that "how the sausage is made" look at things. And you're right, it does seem to come across very naturally.
