I love seeing the behind the scenes not just of the kids but of the workings in the company. Its nice to see how much actual collaboration there is within the JYP company and how much of it is actually a back and forth (of course we are shown what they want us to see so i take it with a grain of salt always)

There's one comment that Han makes after their stage that keeps ringing in my head: this is why I can't quit Kingdom. I wonder if the thought crossed their minds after Hyunjin had to go on hiatus. After the whole Woojin thing this new situation must have really stressed them out so much. I wonder if there was more behind that comment. We'll never know I guess. I can relate to that feeling a lot though. As you pointed out, in many things it can be hard when you're working towards it, but the end result just feels so so good. And I love how JYP has such faith in Stray Kids. I don't know enough about JYP's other groups, but I was under the impression that even if JYP has more of that attitude towards the groups, Stray Kids has more autonomy than the others. Loved watching that meeting in the beginning.

From the little I've learned of other JYPent artists/groups, SKZ is the first to have this level of autonomy. It sounds like the big agencies are becoming friendlier to artists and their desire for creative expression these days. Little by little at least.
