This is one of my fav episodes. I love that we get to see so much of their beautiful hearts so early on. They're all such good guys and even though they mention it a lot, i don't think its possible for us to truly understand how difficult it must have been for chan as a 7 year trainee. While all the others definitely felt thankful for each other, i think this is really the first time we see that while chan is the leader of course, his HEART really truly depends on the guys to be there for him. Gah, and then the typical stray kids puppy pile! I love it when they all just have a giant group hug!

I can only imagine how difficult those long years were for Chan. I think it's telling that he pretty obviously still doesn't want to talk about it. He's alluded to dark times and depression, though. I'm glad he was able to put together a group like SKZ and that they seem to have a real, genuine love amongst themselves.

This video isn't working anymore :(

The title said that it was the 9th season 2 episode 1, so i thought you skipped the 4th ep of the 1st season. But glad that I watched it anyway, cause it turns out that it's the 4th episode and i love this episode so much

Oh goodness. You're right. Ha! Looks like I need to make sure I actually published the first episode of season two at some point.

I forgot to say it yesterday, but if i remember correctly someone said (i'm not sure if it's chan or others) that older trainees called him by chan or channie for a long time when he's still the youngest (or atleast in the younger side) in the company. But when younger trainees start coming in they called him chris-hyung or chris-oppa. I guess it's not until near the debut year they start calling him by chan again cause he's using it as his stage name. Even now the members of boy story (the young boy group that appeared in 1st ep of the survival show, debut in the same year as skz, now promoting in China) still mentioned him as chris-ge (Chinese word for big bro)

Loved those letters. Love how open their are in their emotions. I don't necessarily mean the crying, but just talking about them. Gosh, Changbin's rap-letter to his dad. That was just amazing. That at his age he was able to not only write that to his dad, but also share it with all the viewers. THat's pretty special. I think Chan's letters were pretty personal and deep. Considering the reactions. And I'm glad we didn't get to know the content. That made them even more personal and special. He really wanted to have that member-family. Oh and I agree. It's a shame thank you notes and letters are out of fashion. They should make a comeback!! They're important.

I think quite a few of these guys must have some great parents. Somebody raised these boys right.

I have been a stay since 2 years and I have never went back to watch the old skz content because I was always busy with graduating and entering university and now that I have the chance the first thing I did is becoming a patron member because I wanted to watch it with you K-pop auntie since you are my favourite reactor, you always amuses me with your genuine reactions and the stories you always tell about your life and your precious cats which I think I love the most after Minho's cats. I loved this episode so much it made me cry the way they have always been this open about their emotions. Thank you🤍.

It is one heck of a chore to try to catch up with these guys. They're putting out so much content right now, it's neigh on impossible to stay on top of it, let alone going backward and watching older stuff. Congrats on entering university, by the way.
