Hey alltogether i have finished the 3 different Homebases for your Campaigns. They come with several phases of progression.

First of all we have the classic Home within a city. It was abandoned a while ago and it needs to be renovated but with a bit of investment you'r group can build a wonderful place to live in.   The Second is a Manor outside of the stressful city life. This small Manor needs to be Constructed over a long period of time. It comes with several rooms and even with a court and securing walls.

The third is an old business. This ruined place definetly needs to get a new look. After some cleanup and basic renovations the first customers can be served. Over time this Tavern evolves to a placer where every merchant wants to rest.   This project was time consuming and  a lot of fun. I will consider to put additional upgrades and buildings like these in another poll :).
