November Update (Patreon)

What is the recent status?

I am so happy about the new Upload shedule. It really reduces the stress. Not having to prepare a post each sunday is really a relief. 

Another Change took place now. The old Adventurer Tier is locked. They will now be treated the same way the Folk Hero Tier does but cheaper and with no access to the older Folk Hero stuff. The new NPC Tier is also available now. 

Beside that the growth rapidly dropped in October which i assume are the consequences of global events and that the community pack did not get a lot of attention on the social media.

Nonetheless BirdieMaps is still growing and the first map of November was a success! Thank you all and Greetings to all the Newcomers ! :)

Whats Next?

Drive Volume

Finally those changes took place but the restructuring didn't end there. The next change will take place in the background. The Google Drive is reaching limits again. Since the upgrade in March i only uploaded .webp images. They are so small that i am reaching the limit now instead of june.
I want to get rid of all old maps that are saved as PNG or JPG and released before March. I will save the maps on a hard drive and also release them all in a ZIP file on Patreon for free, too. This should free up to 120 GB of data of the Drive.

Expanding

I have looked deeper into expanding onto other platforms and also legal aspects regarding Wizards of the Coast stuff.  I think and hope I understood everything correctly and i know what i am allowed to do and what not. 

I plan to have eveything settled for the Foundry Marketplace this month. If it all goes well then the first compendium pack will be released there too.
