Could I suggest patterns of real baby diapers like Sesame Street patterns of Pampers diapers? I think these patterns (https://www.pinterest.es/pin/365565694747803210/) are extremely cute. If you don't like it I can suggest patterns of abdl diapers like Bear Hugz or Tykables.
