Instead of leaning on her leg, one of them is caressing her nipple, and the other is now going lower for her to touch herself.

With four arms, I think you have two taking on the role of stimulating her and two taking on the role of reacting. So effective one hand touching up high, on hand touching down low, one hand maybe gripping the brim of her hat, and one hand grabbing her leg, hair, perhaps being bitten, I don’t know.
