Hey all. I wanted to let you all know about how I'm thinking about switching gears a bit on doing art. Most of you probably notice that when I begin working on a set of requests that I aim to try and get at least 3 of them done each week but I've been thinking of reducing that to getting at least 2 pics done a week and then scaling back the number of requests I take on in each set to 8 as well just so there doesn't end up being longer intervals between each art dump as a result. Lately I've been feeling the pressure of meeting that internal weekly goal of 3 pics building up as I spend more and more time with each request that I work on. Ultimately this does mean that I'm going to get requests done at a slower rate which I feel bad about since I've always considered myself to be on the slow side when making art but I feel it will be more important to pace myself and give myself a little more time to spend on each artwork without feeling any pressure to rush things. There may still be some occasions where I'm feeling a little extra productive and able to put out 3 pics in a week but it just won't be something that happens every week though.

With all that being said. The sketch ups for the next set are on the way and should be done early next week and in the meantime I've also got another piece of art that I've been working on as well that's likely going to be done by tomorrow.

Awesome Work 😃😺😀👍🙂😁😄

Mataku Lasame

Hey, take your time my dude! You already produce quality art on a near monthly basis, no need to push yourself for our sake, even if you only do one pic a month I think we'd still all be pretty stocked to see it~

Its fine. 2 pics a week is enough, if we get raven at least once. Pick sunday, and call it Raven Sunday ! Also, you might want to draw less clothes = less work ;)

SukkuroKun

No need to feel bad about it. A single person can only do so much, after all.

Requests are free, and as such there should be no due date at all. You get it done when you get it done.

Rise8

Hey take your time. We are all grateful for the artwork you put out. Not to mention you take requests for fun and dont charge extra so you deserve to take all the time in the world to make them. The less stressed out you are the better :)

Turbo_sal

No pressure, just get my Star Fire and Pacifica request DONE! Just kidding take your time dont want you stress overloading!

NachtST

Do what gotta do, will still love your work anyways, and look forward to it. <3

ravenravenraven

There's no way I could restrain myself to doing one bit of art for one month. There's so much stuff out there for me to draw. (:

Don't feel bad. We don't want to pressure you, so take your time. We thank you so much for the every artwork you made and posted.😃

ravenravenraven

Yeah I understand. It's just one of those things where you can't help but feel a little bit bad knowing some people who have been waiting on me to do their requests are going to wait just a little bit longer.

ravenravenraven

The "it's done when it's done"definitely isn't a bad policy to go by as well. I think for me though setting deadlines just helps me stay focused and motivated to complete something.

ravenravenraven

Thanks. I try to have fun with the requests so hopefully going at a more modest pace will make things a little more easy going. (:

ravenravenraven

Thanks. I'm sure I'll get around to doing one of your starfire requests eventually although I'm afraid to admit I may have forgotten to note down your Pacifica request. Was it something you pm'd to me?

Micro_Atrium

Since you are doing these requests for free, you shouldn't feel pressured to get them done on a certain date. Sure, don't take an entire month for a single request, but don't stress yourself out by getting done as soon as you feel you can. We want you to enjoy enjoy working on your art without feeling stressed out. After all this is supposed to be fun right? Thank you for your hard work and amazing art!

drawnrobots

I honestly wouldn't mind if it was one picture a month. You always go above and beyond with your stuff. Take as much time as you want.

Emmanuel Barrales

Do what you gotta do. Your art is awesome and worth the wait. Take care of yourself.

DoomLord

hey take everything at your own pace, getting to see any art from you is a blessing

Whatever you've gotta do, bud. Take care of yourself!

tike481

Its better to take it slow. No need to rush and get burnt out from the pressure as I feel most are happy to get their requests met vs getting noting at all. Hopefully, this new schedule will relieve some of that burden. Its also good to note that I love having as much detail as possible when permitted: so allowing for more time is just obvious. Keep up the good work as always.

James River

Scale back. Don't smoke yourself! But also, more facesitting pictures and more booty biting pics! I have spoken! Lol

Icey Jin

bro if you get burnt then we won't get these sick pics anymore, so just chill take it easy when you need to. <3

ravenravenraven

That's a fair point. I guess I should consider myself lucky that I didn't end up burning myself out or running into some kind of artists block. It probably helps that I'm always getting a bunch of neat ideas from everyone to keep the creative juices flowing.

ravenravenraven

Understood. I'll see if I can do some more facesitting stuff and booty biting is a new one. I don't think I've ever drawn something like that before.

Ornithorhynchidae

I'm not sure how I feel about this, don't burn yourself out, but I'm worried that you're just going to focus more on the giant stuff

zenos14

Take all the time you need! Would hate to hear you got burnt out

ravenravenraven

Don't worry. I'll try not to get too carried away with the giant girl stuff. I'll be sure to keep it balanced out with the regular stuff.
