I definitely prefer cartoon Starfire to her comic version but I'm easily biased in saying that since I haven't read the comics of her.

I liked Injustice Raven's costume, but I still don't understand what they did with her face and voice. Why bring Tara Strong in to reprise her role and then have her sound nothing like Raven from the show?

I agree. It seems kinda pointless to get Tara to do her voice if you're just gonna end up running it through a bunch of filters to where the end result sounds nothing like her. That and the somewhat man-ish face they gave her was a bit of a bummer for me ):
