Chris Redfield gets bitten by the Bimquito, carrying the B-virus, a potent combination of both the T-virus and Bim Fever.  Of course, a Chris Redfield with two X chromosomes would probably resemble his sister, Claire Redfield.   I suspect they'd almost end up looking like twins.  At the very least, Claire could share his wardrobe with his newly minted sister.  Christine Redfield is born!
