A Walk in Her Shoes (Patreon)

And those are not easy shoes to walk in.  Kamina (from "Gurren Lagann") walks in a desert without his shoes and is burning his feet in the process.  He stumbles across a pair of heeled shoes which, despite their feminine nature, he puts on. Heck, it sure beats having scorched toes.  Kamina finds the shoes strangely fitting.  In fact, they seem to fit a little well.  Kamina looks down to see what happened but his vision is cut off by two jutting breasts!  His whole body had shifted into that of Yuzuriha (from "Under Night in Birth")!  Now he's going to need a shirt to go with those heels!
